Stitchy get-together Saturday!

I spent a wonderful Saturday with some of the ladies of the SoCal Cross Stitchers Yahoo Group!  We carpooled to a fabric store to shop and then walked to a restaurant to have breakfast/lunch.  We spent the rest of the day stitching at the group leader's home, went out to eat again, and kept on stitching until about 8:00 p.m.!  That's the way to spend a Saturday!  I always bring lots of different things to stitch.  It has been said that I'm on an "hourly rotation."  LOL

My Day of the Dead skull has a mouth now!
Day of the Dead update #6
I started stitching the top roof of Halloween House.
Halloween House update #30

I started the frog on Eek! in the Boo! Club series.

Boo! Club (Eek!) update #1
I stitched one row of black squares on the Very Scary Mystery Sampler.  Maybe one of these days I'll get more excited about this one.  The fabric and floss colors are just not bright enough for me!  But I'm determined to finish it, a little at a time.
Very Scary (part 1) update #3
Then when I got home I kept on stitching and got one wing done on the eagle of the July square in the Summer & Winter booklet by The Prairie Schooler.
Summer & Winter (July) update #5
I'm in a new Monday SAL with Sharon, Linda, Monique, and Kaye.  We're all stitiching different Bothy Threads Cut Thru' designs.  I already started the Cut Thru' Igloo for the Ultimate Crazy January Challenge, but I haven't touched it since the first day.
Cut Thru' Igloo
Sharon and Linda are stitching the Cut Thru' Stable, Monique is stitching the Cut Thru' Gypsy Wagon, and Kaye will be stitching the Cut Thru' Castle.  Does anyone want to join us?

Debbie that sounds like a fantastic way to spend a Saturday and it looks like you got loads stitched. I love the sugar skull, I'm so tempted to get one of these in tattoo form ;) and all of your sal pieces are coming on so well. I received the singing the blues chart this morning thank you so much I did mean to get to email you but this last couple of days I've been trying to move my blog over to wordpress. This is where I'm moving to

Wow, lots of progress!

And I understand what you mean about Very Scary. I have finished it, but it just doesn't excite me. I think I'm done with mystery pieces for a while now. :/

You are making excellent progress Debbie! I did not get to see the Bothy SAL on Saturday, I really like the pattern. I am thinking about joining you guys, but I need to figure out which one I'd like to do and buy it...we all know how long that might take *lol*
