Turtle Trot SAL - April

Claudette of BAP Attack is hosting the Turtle Trot SAL, where we choose 10 WIPs and post before & after progress pics on the 10th of every month.  Here is my progress on three of them since last time:

Flaming June:  I finally got to stitch some orange and I'm still on page 1.

She will look like this (some day):

"99":  I stitched two more bottles.  Only 85 more to go!

"99" update #9
Bottle #13 is Red Stripe, Desnoes & Geddes, Jamaica.
Bottle #14 is Bitburger Pils, Bitburger Brauerei, Bitburg, Germany.
We're Off to See the Wizard:  I decided I didn't like the parking method after all so I stitched up all the loose ends.  This is part of Dorothy's dress.

  10. Great progress. When people ask about the parking method I tell them either you will love it or hate it. Sorry it didn't work for you but glad you found another way that works. Keep up that gorgeous stitching!

  12. Wonderful progress on all 3 pieces Debbie. I'm so happy to see you doing the "skipping" method like me on the Wizard of Oz. I think it looks fantastic. I really need to work on Disney more each month. (We need to talk about this).

  17. You reached the orange!! Woohoo!!

Great progress on the other pieces too. I couldn't be doing with all those threads hanging around. Sometimes I park with one thread if counting is vital but that is enough for me.
