Boo! Club (Pumpkin) - FINISHED! |
Boo! Club series
Lizzie*Kate
Started 6/22/2013, Finished 7/26/2013
Seven members of the SoCal Cross Stitchers Yahoo Group met to stitch together on Saturday. This time we sat at outdoor tables with big shade umbrellas between the movie theater and restaurants. The weather was perfect and we stitched from 10:00-5:00!
I made a little more progress on the Lizzie*Kate Very Scary Mystery Sampler by stitching the leaves on the pumpkins and another purple Quaker star (which I like to call a snowflake).
Very Scary (Part 1) update #7 |
"99" update #2 |
Bottle #4 is Dead Guy Ale, Rogue Ales Brewery, Newport, Oregon.
I'm going to print out all these beer photos and put into a little photo album to go with the finished project, or better yet, I can upload the photos to a photo printing website and get a photo book made with all the beer bottles in order to match the finished cross stitch project! How fun!
Ooh..I'm so ready for Halloween stitching. Well done!
ReplyDeleteI love both of your Halloween pieces!
ReplyDeleteGreat progress! I love how Boo Club is turning out - so cute! Very Scary is looking great, too. :) (So is 99.. I'm just not that into beer, I can't even drink it yet! xD)

ReplyDeleteGreat progress!! I never get time to stitch that long irrespective of weekdays or weekends. Lucky you!!
ReplyDeleteCreating a bear album is a fun idea and you can use your stitched piece as cover for the album. It will be a nice gift for your son if he likes beer.
Great progress. Love the actual pictures of the beer. Are they hard to track down?
ReplyDeleteLove the Halloween stitching!!
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of getting a book with the bottles of beer to go with your stitching! Boo club looks like a fun stitch. I might have to add that to my christmas wish list. (which gets longer each time I visit a fellow blogger!)
