125 year old sampler on eBay!

Isn't this a wonderful story?  A school won the eBay auction for this 125-year-old sampler stitched by one of their students in 1889!

    Fabulous story. I clicked on over and had to come back to leave a comment for you:) Thank you sharing & the photo. I think its great that the school bought it. Now they should have it charted and all the sales of the chart should go to the school's fund. Maybe even introduce cross stitching to the students as an activity.
